Welcome to CureTrip. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and all related interactions. By using our platform, submitting an inquiry, or engaging CureTrip’s services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.  

1. About CureTrip CureTrip is a medical tourism facilitation company that connects patients with hospitals, specialist doctors, and healthcare services across India and internationally. We act as an intermediary and coordinator — we do not provide medical treatment ourselves. Eligibility

By using our website and services, you represent that: You are at least 18 years of age, or accessing our services on behalf of a minor with full parental or guardian authority. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. The information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete. You are not using our services for any unlawful purpose.

Nature of Services — Facilitation Only

This is one of the most important sections of our Terms, and we encourage you to read it carefully. CureTrip is a medical facilitation and coordination company — not a medical service provider, hospital, clinic, or healthcare institution. We do not:
– Diagnose medical conditions
– Prescribe medications or treatments
– Perform or supervise any medical procedures
– Employ or directly control the doctors, surgeons, or medical professionals you may be connected with
All medical services, procedures, and treatments are provided exclusively by the hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals that you are referred to or connected with through CureTrip. The clinical judgment, standard of care, and outcomes of treatment are entirely the responsibility of those healthcare providers.

CureTrip’s role is to facilitate access to healthcare — nothing more, nothing less.

Medical Information Disclaimer

The content on our website, including information about treatments, hospitals, doctors, and medical conditions, is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute:
– Medical advice
– A diagnosis of any health condition
– A recommendation for any specific treatment or procedure
– A substitute for professional medical consultation
Always consult a qualified and licensed medical professional before making any healthcare decision. CureTrip does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any medical information published on this website.

User Responsibilities

When using CureTrip’s services, you agree to:
– Provide accurate and complete medical, personal, and contact information
– Promptly respond to our communications and share requested documents
– Inform us of any changes in your medical condition or travel plans
– Respect the appointments and schedules coordinated on your behalf
– Treat our staff, partner hospitals, and medical professionals with courtesy and respect
– Not use our services for any fraudulent, illegal, or misleading purpose
– Not attempt to contact our hospital or doctor partners independently to bypass CureTrip’s coordination process after a referral has been made, without our knowledge

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of your access to CureTrip’s services, without any liability on our part.

Appointments & Confirmations

– All appointments are subject to availability at the time of booking.
– A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from CureTrip.
– CureTrip reserves the right to reschedule appointments in coordination with the hospital or doctor, and will notify you as early as possible in such cases.
– Patients are required to arrive on time for all scheduled appointments. Repeated no-shows may result in service termination without refund.

Payments & Fees

– CureTrip charges facilitation and service fees for the coordination services it provides. These fees will be clearly communicated before you commit to any service.
– All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
– Payments made to CureTrip are subject to our No Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please read that policy carefully before making any payment.
– CureTrip uses secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
– Any payments made directly to hospitals, hotels, airlines, or other third parties are governed by those entities’ own terms and refund policies.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CureTrip, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

– Any medical complication, adverse outcome, or injury resulting from treatment received through a hospital or doctor referred by CureTrip
– Any delays, cancellations, or failures on the part of third-party service providers (hospitals, airlines, hotels, visa authorities, etc.)
– Any loss of data, income, or opportunity arising from your use of our website or services
– Any inaccuracy in medical information published on our website
– Any force majeure events, including pandemics, natural disasters, or government actions that disrupt your treatment journey
Our total aggregate liability to you, in any circumstance, shall not exceed the amount you have paid to CureTrip for the specific service in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CureTrip and its representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
– Your breach of these Terms
– Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
– Inaccurate or misleading information you provide to CureTrip
– Your conduct toward our staff, partner hospitals, or doctors

Intellectual Property

All content on the CureTrip website — including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and design elements — is the intellectual property of CureTrip or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not:
– Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without prior written permission
– Use our brand name, logo, or trademarks without authorization
– Scrape or extract data from our website using automated tools

Privacy

Your use of CureTrip’s services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal and medical information.

Third-Party Links & Partners

Our website may include links to third-party websites, hospital portals, or partner platforms. These links are provided for your convenience only. CureTrip does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or services of any third-party website. Visiting those links is at your own risk.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the laws of the State of Maharashtra. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of CureTrip’s services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute or grievance, we encourage you to first contact us directly at care@curetripmedicaltourism.com to seek an amicable resolution. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the matter may be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), with the venue of arbitration being Pune, Maharashtra.

Changes to These Terms

CureTrip reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Severability
