We encourage all patients and their families to read this policy carefully before booking any services or making any payments through CureTrip.

Why We Have a No Refund Policy


Medical tourism facilitation is a service-intensive industry. The moment you engage CureTrip for your treatment journey, our team begins investing significant time, resources, and coordination efforts on your behalf. These include:
– Consultation with specialist doctors and hospitals
– Review and assessment of your medical reports
– Personalized treatment package creation
– Hospital and doctor shortlisting
– Appointment scheduling and confirmation
– Travel and accommodation coordination
– Medical visa documentation support
– Pre-treatment logistics and planning

Because these services begin immediately upon engagement, and because many of them involve third-party commitments (hospitals, doctors, travel vendors),
all payments made to CureTrip are non-refundable once a service has been initiated or a booking has been confirmed.

Scope of This Policy

This No Refund Policy applies to all payments made to CureTrip, including but not limited to:
– Service consultation and facilitation fees – Hospital booking and appointment confirmation fees
– Medical package charges
– Travel and accommodation arrangement fees
– Medical visa assistance charges
– Any other fees paid through our website or directly to CureTrip representatives

Patient-Initiated Cancellations
If a patient decides to cancel their treatment, travel, or appointment after a booking has been confirmed, no refund will be provided. This applies regardless of the reason — including personal emergencies, change of mind, or selection of an alternative provider.
– Failure to Appear
If a patient fails to show up for a scheduled appointment, consultation, or treatment without prior notice, the full amount paid will be forfeited.
– Visa Rejection or Travel Issues
CureTrip provides assistance with medical visa documentation, but we do not control the decisions of government immigration authorities. In the event of a visa rejection or travel disruption (flight cancellations, passport issues, etc.), payments made to CureTrip for facilitation services are non-refundable.
Medical Treatment Outcomes
CureTrip is a medical tourism facilitation company — we are not a hospital, clinic, or healthcare provider. We do not perform, supervise, or control medical procedures. The outcome of any medical treatment is the responsibility of the treating hospital and medical team. CureTrip does not offer refunds on the basis of treatment outcomes, complications, or dissatisfaction with medical results.
– Third-Party Service Failures
CureTrip works with independent third-party partners including hospitals, hotels, airlines, and transportation providers. Any failure, delay, or substandard service on the part of these partners is beyond our control, and CureTrip cannot be held responsible or issue refunds for such situations.
– Force Majeure Events
No refunds will be issued for service disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government-imposed restrictions, political unrest, or any other force majeure circumstances.

Service Rescheduling

While we do not offer refunds, we understand that sometimes circumstances change. If you are unable to proceed with a scheduled service, please contact our support team at the earliest opportunity. We will do our best to:
Reschedule your appointment or treatment to a future date
Redirect your payment towards an alternative hospital or doctor of your choice
Credit your payment toward a future CureTrip service (at our discretion)
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment or service. Requests made after this window may not be accommodated.

Payments to Hospitals & Third Parties

Please note that any payments made **directly to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic labs, hotels, or airlines** are governed entirely by those organizations’ own payment and refund policies. CureTrip has no authority over, and no liability for, refunds from third-party providers.
We always recommend that patients:
– Confirm the cancellation and refund policies of hospitals before making direct payments
– Purchase travel insurance that covers medical emergencies and trip cancellations
– Review third-party booking terms carefully

Exceptional Circumstances

CureTrip reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review cases involving exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Any such review does not constitute a waiver of this policy or create a precedent for future cases.
